About Ordering We work primarily in walnut, cherry and hard maple. Hickory, oak and ash are available at an additional cost of 50%. Our woven seats are made from the innermost layer of hickory bark. The Fan-back series is available in either hickory bark or with padded leather seats. Please see our catalog, if you haven't already. The delivery time of your order will depend on the current backlog. You can usually expect delivery in 6-12 months. We begin every order by selecting a premium log. The availability of logs that meet our standards can affect delivery time. An approximate completion date for your order will be scheduled when your deposit is received. This scheduling is an approximate science, not the making of deadlines. Your patience with our dedication to high standards will be rewarded with work you will be proud to own. |
To place an order I prefer that customers call or stop by the shop to discuss details and scheduling. We take a 20% deposit to begin your order, the balance being due when the order is finished. Shipping and hand delivery is negotiated separately and is available in all fifty states as well as internationally. Dining chairs and stools are shipped UPS. Larger pieces are shipped through a reputable trucking company. Shipping and delivery costs often change and will be quoted at the time of completion. Estimates can be made at the time of your order. You are always welcome to drop by the shop and visit. Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
